Crisis Logistics are an independent courier and freight forwarder centrally located in the Midlands. We have been established for over 20 years and the business has gone from strength to strength. In 2019 we successfully turned over £15 million and made in excess of 800,000 deliveries.
We have a nationwide courier network,reaching any UK destination in a day. We also provide European deliveries and collections through our wider fleet and specialise in international freight forwarding,contract distribution and on-board courier services.
We have a great opportunity for someone looking to learn more about the transport/distribution industry. We are in the final stages of implementing our bespoke CRM system and as we head into our peak Autumn season, we are looking for additional support in our Operations room.
Duties will include answering the telephone, responding to emails, data entry on MIS systems, working with spreadsheets and general administration duties.
The role will be Monday-Friday working from our unit in Northampton. Start ASAP
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident and have great communication skills. Experience in a customer service environment would be ideal.
