Royale Essance Ltd is a retail Fragrance company, specialising in bespoke perfume, air scent and hygiene products.

Here at Royale Essance Ltd we are looking for 2 creative candidates to join our fast-growing business. A great opportunity for 1 Office Administration role and 1 Marketing role to join our business operating within the fragrance industry. The roles are apprenticeships. The Company is based in central Luton, Bedfordshire.

The ideal candidates for the office administrator role will provide administrative support to the existing team and must have outstanding communication skills, be a team player and be able to adapt to various different tasks.     

Knowledge about perfume, luxury brands/fashion and social media would be an advantage.

 

Duties: Administrator

· Answering and directing telephone calls or visitors appropriately as the first point of contact.

· Receive and respond to email messages

· Organise, schedule and plan meetings

· Liaise with customers

· Use various computer programmes ie, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) company website

· Create and update records/databases with personnel and other data

· Track stocks of office and warehouse supplies, placing orders when necessary

· Provide some PA and secretarial support to the Director and senior team

Duties: Marketing

· Content control on all Social Media platforms

· Implementing marketing strategy

· Market research

· Graphics work

· Creative writing for Newsletters/ Magazine

Requirements: 

· Polite, confident and clear communication skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent time-management and highly organised

· Finding ways to improve administrative processes

· Previous experience working within an Office environment

· Computer literate, ideally Microsoft Office, SAGE, One Drive

· Plan, organise and prioritise work effectively

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Act responsibly and with integrity
