Job Description

We are a busy Mortgage and Insurance Brokers based in Uppingham in a modern office setting.

We are seeking an administrator with experience in Compliance/Auditing.

Duties will involve:

  • Preparing Welcome Packs for new clients
  • Preparing documents for Lenders and Providers
  • Checking the compliance of both mortgages and insurance policies against in house software and documents
  • Following and evolving processes to ensure our client obsession is at the heart of everything we do
  • Logging all notes and tasks on our in house software system

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to interpret data and applies critical thinking and problem solving in all areas. A keen eye for detail and experience of compliance is essential as this will be a key part of the role. You will be expected to work to a high standard in a busy environment. You must be able to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks.

We require an individual with great IT skills including Word and Google Sheets and Drive. Financial Services administration/mortgage processing experience would be an advantage.
