This rapidly expanding print manufacturing business on the outskirts of Letchworth Garden City is building a team of creative and enthusiastic marketers to fuel further growth in the company’s UK and international markets. As a marketing coordinator, the successful candidate will focus on delivering key messaging to both existing and potential customers in a timely and accurate manner, using a variety of channels and tracking methods. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with the firm intention of it becoming a permanent role if all expectations are met.

Innotex Transfer Technology is a leading manufacturer of high-quality heat applied ink transfers for textile applications across a variety of industries including; fashion/retail; industrial workwear; promotional merchandise; sports and leisurewear. The company has manufacturing facilities in both the UK and Spain, serving customers throughout the UK, Europe and North America, with ambitious plans for expansion into further markets. The continuous development and technical nature of products manufactured by the business provide opportunities for regular communication with customers through advertising, education and support.
Historically the company would capitalise on a calendar full of international trade exhibitions and events to grow their customer base, but with these on hold for the foreseeable future, a new digital first approach is being developed across the company’s activities.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
Building and developing the company’s digital media presence
Monitoring of traffic sources and interactions across digital channels
Ensuring consistent messaging within external communications
Co-ordinating the development of a 12 month marketing and activity programme alongside key stakeholders
Identify opportunities, in the form of display advertising and copy contribution, both online and in traditional trade publications
Organisation and promotion of online events/webinars Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
A good understanding of the basics of branding and marketing
Superior communication, copywriting, editing and presentation skills
An understanding of current digital marketing channels
Experience planning, developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns
Ability to work well within a team
Highly self-motivated and excellent time management skills
Good attention to detail Suitable Graduate Degree’s
In order for the successful candidate to fully understand the company’s offering, they will initially be required to work on-site at the company’s Arlesey offices, therefore access to a private vehicle is essential.
Future remote working opportunities would be explored where feasible. Start date: January/February 2021
Working Hours: 9:30am – 5pm Tuesday to Friday (negotiable)
