Marketing and Office Manager

We are a  Licensed business opportunity, we license territories under the brand name GroutGleam - similar to a franchise. Our licensees recolour grout. We have almost 70 operational territories. Now introducing another licensed opportunity called Worktop FX, we can transform laminate kitchen worktops into a granite, marble looking surface using liquid epoxy.

Main purpose of job:

Responsible in assisting the efficient operation of the office/commercial premises and the services it provides to its franchisees. Ensuring all commercial opportunities are monitored and followed through.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and controlling stock inventory
  • Invoicing franchisees when orders placed
  • Work with courier/postal parties to offer efficient service
  • Work with team to enhance social media presence
  • Work with team to monitor social media activity
  • Work with franchisees to answer queries in a timely manner/Escalating issues where necessary
  • Attend meetings as and when required and take notes/actions agreed
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed to meet business needs and for your own personal development.

 

Essential Criteria:           

  • Ability to monitor, forecast, budget and identify financial trends so that appropriate corrective action is taken when necessary.
  • Articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and over the telephone at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex problems at root cause.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel to at least intermediate level
