Could you be our next Digital Growth Consultant? At Supplyant, we help a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to enterprise, grow sales by applying digital knowledge and experience across a range of business areas. Our work directly impacts our client sales. We are looking for talented team players, who want to learn how to be effective in the leadership and management of digital growth services. You will be fully supported by a talented team of digital marketing technical experts to implement tasks. You will start by supporting a qualified Digital Growth Consultant (DGC) with reporting and analytics, whilst under mentorship. You will move from Foundation, to Intermediate to Advances via a 'FlightPath' Personal Development Programme. Qualified DGC's are responsible for client portfolios and performance and will work directly with the business owners and teams. From our office in Moulton Park, Northampton, you will asked to train intensively to grow your skill set in order to deliver these services to business. No experience in Digital Marketing is required but an aptitude to learning and comprehension of new ideas is essential. Supplyant operates a 'FlightPath' Development Programme to place and accelerate the best candidates to full digital potential as quickly as possible. Your personal development with consist of 121 sessions group via the Supplyant online Academy. We promote wellbeing (homeworking/flex) and pay, that grows inline with experience. The development also supports fast track, based on your performance across all areas.
