- Resourcing vacancies that have been secured by the business.
- Using Job boards, LinkedIn and other databases to source suitable candidates Reviewing CV’s and calling suitable candidates to discuss their experience, suitability and also the opportunities with them.
- Interviewing the candidate over the phone and preparing their CV to send to the client Sending candidates CV’s to clients
- Organising and scheduling interviews Management of feedback and offers made to candidates.
- Advertising of jobs on job boards Writing job specs
- Utilising Video technology to record Video job specs Carrying out video interviews with candidates
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Confident phone manner
- Self motivated and driven
- Good Customer service Experience within a Sales background may be advantageous but not essential
- Good ability to grasp new IT systems and programmes
