Job Description

Working Solutions Recruitment have been successful in the recruitment sector for over 20 years and have decided to extend its services beyond recruitment, based on industry knowledge and experience, there is a real opportunity for us to offer additional people related services.  These have been defined as HR Support Services and Training & Development. We have developed a new brand to reflect the new services we will be offering, a new website is in development and other marketing materials.

We now need to market and promote  the whole range of services to existing and new clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is passionate about marketing, someone that will be able to work with us to develop a range of marketing initiatives to connect with the target market to create sales opportunities. The role is varied and will cover event planning, market research to find opportunities for the business, social media activity, account based marketing and digital marketing. This is a great opportunity to really get 'hands-on' in a marketing role working alongside an experienced marketeer, so there will lots of opportunity to learn how marketing works in the real world.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature to roll out the new branding recently created

• Assist with the creation of social media content across all our platforms

•Contribute to plans for promotional campaigns and be confident is using email marketing software

•Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results

• Help organize events, exhibitions and seminars, making bookings and overseeing the guest list and follow up activity after the event

• Create content, upload to the website and social media pages

•Liaise with graphic designers

•Help with presentations if required when tendering for new business

• Competitor Analysis activity and general market research to identify opportunities for the business

• Visit clients, prospects, attend trade shows, networking events and exhibitions
